Do you offer AI consulting without development?

Yes. We offer AI strategy, readiness audits, roadmaps, and corporate or 1-on-1 training. You can engage us for strategy only and build in-house or with another partner. Many clients start with an audit or roadmap, then bring us in for build later.

What's the typical timeline for a project?

It depends on the scope. An AI readiness audit can be done in a few weeks. Custom development usually runs 4–16 weeks for an MVP or first release. We work in phases so you see progress and can adjust as you go.

How is pricing structured?

We scope each engagement individually. You'll receive a clear proposal with phases, deliverables, and investment. We can work fixed-scope or time-and-materials depending on the project. No hidden fees — we agree on scope and budget before we start.

Technical & operations

Can you integrate with our existing tools and stack?

Yes. We integrate with your current infrastructure, APIs, and data sources. We use modern stacks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Python, Node, etc.) and align with your tech choices where it makes sense. We don't lock you into a single vendor or stack.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

We work globally and remotely. Collaboration is via video calls, async updates, and shared tools. On-site workshops or kickoffs can be arranged when needed. Time zones are not a blocker — we've delivered for clients across regions.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

We treat your data as confidential. We can work under NDAs and follow your security and compliance requirements. Data can stay in your environment where required; we use secure channels and avoid storing sensitive data on our side when possible.
